Since the launch of Auckland Card Show in 2024, the Card Show Company has grown to deliver a series of high-calibre events across New Zealand.
Auckland Card Show remains our flagship event and one of the largest in the southern hemisphere, while our Card Market events, introduced in 2025, offer a more community-driven and vendor-focused experience.
In 2026, we will make our South Island debut at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, bringing the ultimate card experience to collectors, players, and traders throughout the region.
As we continue to expand, we are also working to bring players and collectors closer to the products, brands, and experiences they love from around the world, strengthening New Zealand’s place in the global card community.

Matt Rogers
Steve started the Auckland Card Show after moving from Wales to New Zealand and discovering the strength of the local card community. His vision was to bring a US/European-style card show to New Zealand that stood out among some of the best events globally.
Matt has extensive experience in the world of cards. From a TCG player to retailer and then retailer to distributor. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and shared vision in growing the best possible card events in New Zealand.
